The early days of this blog were spent with GeoCities around September 2004. When their ads became an annoyance, it was moved to FreeWebs and got redirected by Shim.net. On May 25th of 2007, buying a domain was finally thought of.
“Flirt Wind” is taken from the movie House of Flying Daggers. In a conversation between the lead characters, the male utters:
“I’m like a flirt wind.”
This subtitle phrase immediately lit a tiny imaginary bulb. After a revamp, it was used as the blog’s main title and eventually as a domain name (using one’s earliest income).
